Maintenance​

If your maintenance concern (work order) is urgent Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm please call the office at 204-632-0746, email the office at wpcoop@mymts.net or use the Maintenance form below to report the problem. Please note, voicemails and emails are not monitored outside of our business hours or on weekends, so if your matter is urgent please contact maintenance staff directly after hours.

For all non emergent maintenance concerns (work orders), you can phone the office at 204-632-0746, use the Maintenance form below or email the office at wpcoop@mymts.net.

When the office is closed, if your concern is urgent, contact our Maintenance staff directly by phone.

On weekends, the Office voicemail at 204-632-0746 will tell you who is on-call and give you the appropriate Maintenance phone number. When you submit this maintenance form after hours, an e-mail will be sent to the office and then passed on to Maintenance the next business day.

Maintenance Requests are handled in order of priority, not in the ordered received. By placing a Maintenance Request, you are giving Willow Park staff permission to enter your unit.
